IT-business alignment predictions for 2006 (IT Directors)

At around this time, it seems to be pretty much mandatory for IT analyst firms to offer predictions for the coming year. Although at Macehiter Ward-Dutton we like to try and do things a little differently, we couldn't stop ourselves. What follows is our take on some of the key trends, topics and technologies that we believe will have an important bearing on the challenge of IT-business alignment throughout 2006.
